Warranty Policy
Pneumatic Compactor cylinders are warranted on material and workmanship for forty-eight (48) months from date of purchase by the cylinder manufacturer providing an approved and properly maintained pneumatic filter is installed to protect the system.

Pneumatic Compactor two hand pneumatic safety start module is warranted on material or workmanship for forty-eight (48) months from date of purchase by the manufacturer providing an approved and properly maintained pneumatic filter is installed to protect the system.

American Compactor, Inc. (ACI) will, at its option, replace or repair without charge to the original purchaser of the SMASH IT™ Compactors, any part or parts not previously mentioned which are found upon examination by ACI, to be defective in material and/or workmanship, if received by ACI for examination within forty eight (48) months from the original shipment date.

Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect are conditions under which warranty cannot be claimed nor will warranty apply to damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's instruction for operation nor from the improper selection of a particular application.

All transportation charges on, and damages and loss incurred in connection with the transportation of parts submitted for replacement or repair under this warranty, shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

American Compactor, Inc. shall not be responsible for any other warranties, guarantees or liabilities either express or implied.
